A site that had to work everywhere, not just on a desktop in the office.
The project
Vimana is a snow and winter sports brand. The brief was to take the site from concept to live: responsive across all devices, fast to load, and stable on cloud infrastructure.
The work
Served as lead programmer. Responsibilities covered the full implementation: frontend build, responsive design adjustments, cloud hosting configuration, and ongoing maintenance. The goal was a site that displayed correctly and loaded quickly regardless of screen size or device.
What I learned
Early responsive web work was still an exercise in constraint. Mobile-first wasn't yet the default — it had to be argued for. This project helped build the habit of designing from the smallest screen outward, which became a foundation for everything that followed.
