Telenor — mPort
Equipment renewal and procurement for Telenor employees, companies, and resellers — integrated into the Mitt Telenor iOS app.

Internal tools deserve the same design rigour as consumer products.
The brief
Telenor employees, corporate clients, and resellers needed a unified way to manage equipment purchasing and renewal. The existing process was fragmented across systems. mPort was the solution — a service that consolidated procurement into a single, policy-aware digital flow.

The work
Role: Consultant, UX Lead, UX Designer.
Designed iterative UX solutions in Adobe XD for .NET implementation, with particular focus on integrating the service cleanly into the existing Mitt Telenor mobile iOS app. Conducted Adobe Analytics review to understand actual user behavior before designing solutions. Ran user testing sessions with business clients throughout.

The challenge
Enterprise procurement flows carry a lot of edge cases — approval chains, device policies, employee eligibility rules. The design challenge was making all of that legible and navigable without exposing the underlying complexity to the user. Every step needed to feel simple even when the logic behind it wasn't.
