The brief
SR-Bank was developing a new accounting product for small-to-medium businesses — a B2B tool that would combine banking services with accounting capabilities in a single interface. The goal was to reach market readiness through iterative testing and refinement.
The work
Role: UX Designer and Consultant, in collaboration with partner organization Uni Micro.
Facilitated multiple rounds of user testing to identify friction points in the early MVP and iterate toward a product that small business owners could actually use without friction. Contributed to product development decisions alongside the core team, using SR-Bank's design system and Adobe XD for design output.
The outcome
Testing informed the final prioritization before release. The work was about creating readiness — making sure the product was genuinely usable by SMB users before it was handed to them.
