Android and desktop app for all workers on Norsea’s base of logistics

Consultant working for Norsea: Created and designed Norsea’s Base App. Facilitated more than 8 different design sprints for all the modules provided in Norsea’s Base App with users and stakeholder within the organization. Everything from HMS/HMSK. to automatic map location and different gate openers. Implementing a high level of digitalization within the organization. Saving Norsea time and millions of NOK in efficiency and better processes for all the workers working on the base and within their trucks etc. Also establishing and design up a Design System for the Norsea Base App.

Project lead, Design / UX lead and facilitating several Design Sprints with key stakeholders to improve their existing processes and applications and make them embrace new ways of working agile and launch MVPs (Minimal Viable Products). A way of work that has led to several application modules within a new Android App / Web app called TASK, which is now used on all bases in Norway. Over 8 modules and a design sprint for each module in collaboration with the most important “stakeholders”, the daily users, to solve their real pains. After each sprint I also led the development resources as project lead and UX Lead to shape all the technical aspects of the different modules. The TASK-app / webapp has given Norsea higher level of human security, more effective processes and better systems as they are designed and made with the people “the experts” working on the floor in Norsea. This product has saves Norsea millions since operations and logistics, HMS related tasks are now more efficient and effective.
